Back down to my low weight. Gonna plow through & try to knock off a few more lbs.

Has anyone else tried that Enlighted Brand low carb ice cream? The peanut butter flavor is incredible, as is the mint chip ice cream bars.

The bars are nice because you get a defined serving size. Spoon inside the pint is a lot more dangerous.

Well crap. I would occasionally look for them, but never could remember the name. That's a bummer.

Got my test results back from my physical last week. This mostly meat & fat diet isn't killing me yet. Yay!

I feel fat and sluggish after yesterday. Had a Wendy's combo meal and can definitely tell I need to hit the gym today. Plus my legs are ashy

The only saving grace is we are doing state testing so no teaching for me today, just tell them some directions and watch them squirm during the test. I hate Common Core by the way.

I had the peanut butter chocolate chip flavored pint and it was like fireworks in my mouth and brain. I was overcome by how delicious it is. I want more. The SO and I tend to split pints of HT/Enlightened rather than one of us eating a whole pint, but I want to eat a pint of that peanut butter flavor for dinner one day.

I have the mint chip ice cream bars and they make a great little treat to kill a sweet tooth. The pints are indeed dangerous, but it's also a pain to portion control the pint because you can't melt the whole pint then re-freeze it; the texture gets all fubar'd.
