You may be pleasantly surprised! I ate pizza & Runts all month, and still lost 5 lbs.

Regardless, yay for getting back on track! I need your motivation.

Have you tried them as an adult? They're addictive, in a "this is like chewing sugary gravel" kinda way. I'm probably going to chip all my teeth. Then this weight loss will be for naught. Nobody will want my jacked up grill.

I've never been into really sugary candy. I guess the only one I'd really want to tear up is Hot Tamales.

Those things were awesome.

Hot Damn ruined me for anything cinnamon. Blah. It was my introduction to alcohol in high school.

I tried in high school. I think that's been replaced with Firefly. I don't know. I can't do much liquor anymore. Things break, and it's usually just cheaper to stick with IPA's.

Sounds like a solid decision :) albeit less low carb-friendly than tequila.

Do you adhere to a deficit when on keto, or are you strictly counting carbs and not calories?

I log daily but I haven't been too strict lately. My deficit should put me at 2000 cals, but I probably averaging 2500 lately.

Fell of the keto train on the weekends this past month. Just weighed in for the first time in a while.

Still at 215 and added some noticeable muscle mass.

Time for some OHP.

It was delicious. I also cooked pork chops for tonight and a chicken breast for lunch. Trying to be prepared.
