Wife and I had dinner there a few weeks ago. The food was ok but - and there's no other way to describe this - but it had a weird energy there. Like the servers had a chip on their shoulder. It was a strange dining experience. Maybe it was an odd night.

Anyone else been there/noticed that?

It's called "L.A. chic". Everyone is an a-hole.

I have been, did not notice attitude from the staff. I really dislike the space with the divider from the museum and super high ceilings. Also do not like that there is no parking lot in a run down bum filled area. The food was unfortunately also not impressive. I wanted to like this place and will probably give it another shot at some point, but pretty poor first experience.

That just about covers my experience. Had some decent food, I liked the atmosphere. I sat at the kitchen bar which was exciting. We did get to see Chef Ryan undress one poor chef who dropped a pan infront of everyone. Felt pretty bad for that guy.

The wait staff definitely is going for the snobbish hipster vibe (probably R2R's pals).

If they don't improve in at least 2 facets of the dining experience, they won't last long.
