PSA-Whole foods chicken wings

I impulse bought some of WF's chicken wings today for lunch. I wasn't expecting much, but damn those wings were good!

Are they they ones from the smokehouse or on the hot bar? There is a big difference between the two. The smokehouse wings are legit.

their bbq/smoke section is really good. were the wings from there?

They were fried and located in the section that has the rotisserie chickens.
Spicy, but not overly hot. Whomever made this batch knew what time it was.

on a similar note, if you ever find yourself in Bergerons on 415, they have smoked wings and chicken thighs that are pretty damn good. Perfect for a meal or quick snack.

Their smoked wings are terrific. I buy a bunch of them and vac seal the extras. So good. They would make a helluva smoked chicken stock for gumbo, too.
