It was behind the register at Elios. So the shitlord fear is real.

It is brand new to our market, first time released. So yes, there will be shitlording.

That's not even close to being true.

I think Elio's does a lot of hijinks to make it look like demand is through the roof.

Example 1: When the most recent batch of Ghost made it to NOLA, I read on here around lunchtime that a poster had grabbed the "last" two 4-packs (poster may have been bullshitting). I stopped by on my way home from work around 6 to get a bottle of wine and saw at least 6 4-packs remaining on that table next to the register so I grabbed one.

Example 2: I got the "last" 4-pack of DDH Envie at around 5:45 on Tuesday--meaning it was the only one on the table. I walked around the store for a while looking at the beer selection and trying to find a bottle of something nice for Valentine's Day dinner. When I was checking out, there were another 4 or 5 4-packs on the table.

A lot of places received Grace and Grit. For example, the Red Zone adjacent to the Pontchartrain had some in stock at lunch today. You would not expect it, but that place has a great selection--Bell's (even Hopslam), Crown Valley, a lot of Stone & Arrogant releases, Goose Island stuff, etc.

504 CBR had it Thursday but a two can limit per customer. I'm glad this will start to get into the general rotation for GR. It's a really good easy drinking DIPA.
