That's the art in cooking. You work from a base recipe, your experience and trial and error.

It's like any new endeavor, you have to learn the material or technique before it works well "in your hands".

Using a pressure cooker is not an exact science like baking is, it is more of an art.

It doesn't seem like it is for you.

I see it says a whole chicken only takes 30 minutes. How does the skin come out when cooked in a pressure cooker?

I have one of the electric ones, and cant recommend it enough. Being able to pick up a roast after work, push one button, and have it cooked for dinner is unbelievably beneficial when feeding a family.

Yup.

Everyone here is loving the stop top ones, and I'm sure they are great, but I have an electric one and I love it.
