Check the recipe book in the sticky at the top of the page. I believe there are several recipes from folks here in the book.

I have a very simple pureed recipe in the book. You add whatever garnishes you like to it. I think there's a chunky one or two if you prefer that route.

My goto
2 large potatoes
1 quart chick broth
0.5 brick of cream cheese
0.5 yellow onion
0.5 tsp seasoning salt
0.25 tsp white pepper
0.25 tsp cayenne
0.5 lb Tasso
Chop onion and potato. Slice Tasso. Put all ingredients except cream cheese in pot and bring to soft boil for 15 min. Mash some potato. The more mashed, the thicker the soup. Add cream cheese in small chunks and bring to a HARD boil.
This recipe scales up easily.
