Going to go the St. Francisville area and River Road to look at some plantations and need help on any good eats options. Weekend trip this week or next. Thanks in advance.

Eat at The Oxbow if it's still open. I heard they closed and then reopened...so I think it's open.

Cross the Audobon bridge and go eat at Hot Tails in New Roads.

Or you're only other choices are Oxbow, Sonny's pizza, Magnolia Cafe, or McDonald's.

Like others mentioned, Hot Tails and The Mag are good.

Haven't been out to The Bluffs restaraunt in awhile, but last time I did it was good. Options in the Ville are very limited...New Roads has better options. Morels is right on False River and is good. There are a few others right around that area too.

Ma Mama's in New Roads too.

Hot Tails chef is getting lots of love. He and his wife are on the cover of the Business Report this week.
