Cut--Palazzo
Trevi--Caesars
Scarpetta--Cosmopolitan
The Steak House--Circus Circus
Gordon Ramsey Burger
Giordano's--Bally's
Pizza Cake--Harrah's
La Pizza & La Pasta--Eataly Park MGM
Mon Ami Gabi--Paris
Guy Fieri restaurant I can't remember
Hash House a Go Go
Chubby Cattle
Caesar's Buffet
Bellagio Buffet
Wynn Buffet

I'm sure there are a few I've forgotten.

I'm not interested in a $90 steak. I'd go for a $40 ish steak.

I've always wanted to try Picasso. Is it worth it?

Hear good things about Peppermill.

Not really into high end asian/sushi or high end Mexican/Latin American

Will be there over Christmas. Probably looking more at quality/value than flash.

Thanks.

Spago at the Bellagio.
If the weather is nice, sit outside on the terrace overlooking the fountain.

I’d put Bazaar Meat over all those places quite easily.

If you like Thai food, Lotus of Siam. It's off strip, but really, really good.

Ja Burrito, it's a cheap sushi burrito chain you can find on the strip as well as all around Vegas. I couldn't believe how good it was verses how much it cost. Finbomb in BR and PokeGeaux in Lafayette do not compare, and it cost less than most of the fast food chains on the strip.

Really enjoyed Milo’s in the Venetian and Amalfi in Caesars. China Pablano at Cosmo was a nice lunch.

Go to Lola's in Summerlynn, a suburb of Vegas. Lola is from Monroe, and is pure Louisiana. Amazing that you can get Louisiana dishes prepared the right way, and seasoned correctly, in Nevada of all places, but you can! She's a peach, too. Ask for her and talk up her home state. A true southern lady!

Guy Fieri did one of his Diners, Drive-ins and Dives shows at Lola's, too.

Summerlin isn’t a suburb. It is part of the city. Western edge of town, nicest part of the city. Vintner is another place to try out there.

‘Best Friend’ at MGM Park Hotel is the best Korean BBQ joint I’ve ever been to. Also, check out ‘Catch’ at Aria, and the fried chicken dinner at Brooklyn Bowl.

Check out Capo’s
LINK

Not on the strip

It’s a mob-themed speakeasy Italian restaurant. There’s a crooner next to a piano with a great voice. There’s a guy that does close-up magic at your table. Unique experience with pretty good food

A short trip off the strip is Battista's Hole in the Wall. We ate there this summer and it was some of the best Italian food I have eaten. Great value too.

Holy shite, that menu looks amazing. I could eat there every day and probably not get tired of trying everything.
