When David Chang started this trend it made a lot of people laugh.

A few favorites of mine that come to mind

Olde Tyme shrimp poboy. Bring on the downvotes it's a nostalgia thing for me. I know theres better shrimp poboys out there, but I cant not love Olde Tyme. I gotta get one every time I'm in Lafayette.

Grilled chicken sammich recipe from Chef Tom at All Things BBQ. I recently made this one and it's so damn good.

This looks and sounds delicious. Going to have to try it next time I’m in town visiting.

Darrells in Lake Charles or Jennings is far superior to nothing

FIFY.

Well, it beats she shite out of McDonalds or Subway types, but that’s about it. C’est Bon down the road in Mermentau has a fried shrimp poboy superior to anything Darrel’s serves.

Some of what y’all posted might be better, I just haven’t had the pleasure of trying them yet.

However, my favorite so far has been the fried shrimp, crawfish, oyster with sautéed crabmeat poboy from Uncle T’s in Scott.

That looks pretty interesting. I always see the billboard for Uncle Ts but have never been.
