A few favorites of mine that come to mind
Olde Tyme shrimp poboy. Bring on the downvotes it's a nostalgia thing for me. I know theres better shrimp poboys out there, but I cant not love Olde Tyme. I gotta get one every time I'm in Lafayette.
Grilled chicken sammich recipe from Chef Tom at All Things BBQ. I recently made this one and it's so damn good.

Some of what y’all posted might be better, I just haven’t had the pleasure of trying them yet.
