Jesus, there are some massive douchebags posting in this thread .. The guy is contrite and gave explanations to the best of his ability .. He runs a taxpaying business in this community .. There is NOT a perfect business in this community with PERFECT customer service .. Every place will have dissatisfied customers .. Some a lot more than others .. I genuinely wonder what in the frick is wrong with some people ..

Yeah apparently Rag thinks paying taxes should preclude someone from criticism. He's trying to fit an argument into his false narrative that TD posters are vengefully trying to shut down a local business. It's a pretty transparently false premise, as evidenced if you read the thread with a cool head and without a negative preconceived notion of the craft beer community. They get riled up because they care, not for some idea of shutting businesses down.

Net .. I drove by the place 15 minutes ago .. the parking lot looked pretty full to me, bro ... Once again, they made mistakes and admitted them .. I am sure they took the constructive criticism to heart .. They seem like decent people ..

Just not a fan of the mob mentality around here .. I don't really patronize the place at all .. as probably 80% of this thread, before this event .. Some on here just think it is fun and cool to try to wreck a business .. Most will be pissed that, in the end, it doesn't matter and the place will continue to prosper ..
