i've spoken with a few of the tenants in the shopping center. all have said the owners have jacked them around. mainly poor communication and shady business practices.

yeah .. i think it actually moved back into the spot it was in before it moved to coursey on the corner of jones creek and tiger bend ... i just think the rent is killing those places over there .. in this part of town, you should be paying about $18 to $21 per square foot to lease ... from what i understand, that location is charging closer to $30 ... wal mart just sucks the life out of that location .. basically everything you can buy at any one of the tenants' businesses wal mart has cheaper ... for example, look at papa murphy's .. wal mart does take and bake pizzas .. you know they are going to eventually get into a price war with papa murphy's ..
