I think I saw the lights on last night and they had a big baloon by the building. Looks like they are open.

Is that dippin dots place new too or is it closing? Lights were not on I never noticed it right there until the other day.

dippin' dots has already shut down .. he gave up the ghost after only about 6 months .. he closed just after smoothie king opened ... it took him forever to get opened and i know he put a decent amount of money in remodeling that spot ... you just never saw anyone in there ..

Probably because nobody knew it was there.. I never noticed it until I saw Papa Murphys opening.

he didn't do a really good job of marketing it at all .. i guess dippin' dots still has no national advertising budget in their franchise package ... i get the feeling that they guy was just woefully under financed ..

i know the guy that leases that entire shopping mall and he said the location is great, its the components that are under-selling.....

that, with a wal mart in the same strip!!!!!

well yeah .. anything on coursey is a great location .. but have you noticed how many places have opened in that shopping center and then shut down ?? starbucks, dippin' dots, godfather's, rolly polly, the clothes place that was in the dippin dots spot, the chinese place, and the sanwich shop where snap is .. the place is about to completely turn over its tenants in less than three years ..

Well since you love Pizza...if you ever make it to Southern California you'd be insane if you didn't try Sammy's Woodfired Pizza.

It's the best pizza I've ever had by a long shot and I'm going to miss the shite out of it when I'm gone.

LINK

This might literally be the greatest restaurant of all time. I'm partial to the truffle oil brie cheese thin crust pizza.

Well it's definitely more of a Gourmet pizza place...so if you're looking for something traditional there are probably plenty of better places out here.

Looks like I'll be leaving the area shortly...I might have to go one last time and try one of their more traditional pizzas to see how it is.

Sounds like the guy lucaslsu knows is probably overcharging on the rent and the places cannot survive. That dippin dots location was HORRIBLE though. Too far to stroll over after going to walmart and you never ever see it from the road. Only if you just happen to notice it coming out of that store. I have been in that shopping center many many times and just noticed a dippin dots the other day.

yeah, that's what i am thinking, the rent is just too high there .. i think quizno's is the only original tenant that is still in there if i am not mistaken ... they still haven't sold the outparcel lot in front of it either ..

godfathers moved back to jones creek they didn't shut down. papa murphys has good pizza but it's all in how YOU cook it. their cookie dough is really good too. imo
