Outdoor kitchen questions

I've looked at several older threads on outdoor kitchens and have a decent setup currently but nothing is really built in. What I currently have is about 22x16 and I'm about to double that I've decided.
When I double the outdoor space, I am putting in a 15 foot crescent bar that will be up against a brick wall of the house--there will be serving space behind that bar and I'll have a tv and other shelving units on the wall. This bar will be 42 inches on the bar side and 36 inches in the serving side.
From here, I'll have the bar make an L with the crescent and add my smoker, ice chest, built in grill, and refrigerator.
What are the small detailed items you don't have that you wish you did? That's where I am on this project--
I have the big picture items, but want to make sure the details are covered.

Put a disposal in your sink if possible. And also install a pull out trash can.

Make sure your hood vent is rated for outdoor. Also I prefer a dial over push buttons. They can stick/melt when cooking at high temps
