The guy they arrested is also a registered sex offender ( LINK) and was, for a month, my next door neighbor on McCormick. He was a host/waiter whenever I saw him at Olive Street. He got evicted from the place next door - I'm assuming the landlord found out about his past. He never notified us of his past though.
