Mosca's for unreal Italian food, located in Westwego. Vine & Dine located in the Algiers Point area for good small plates and vino. WAlk over to the Old Pointe Bar for a nice neighborhood place that has good live music several nights a week.

Do you remember a place on Belle Chasse Hwy. called "Elmo's"? When we'd visit mom, we'd go. It was great.

I went to Mosca's a few weeks ago and was highly disappointed. Not much food for the price (tiny chickens) and just not as good as it used to be. In that price range, you can eat almost anywhere in the city.
