New gameday lunch location needed

My family and I like to come have long lunch and watch some games on gamedays. We have done chimes (not the one near campus) and tjribs. Looking for other good food options with nice family atmosphere with good tv selection. Appreciate any recommendations.

You got quite a few suggestions in your thread on the Rant. Here are a few more. Mansur's has several, maybe 3, TVs in their bar area which has tables as well as booths. It's right inside the front door and shouldn't be a problem for your father to negotiate. I suggest a reservation. Chargrilled oysters are great. It's not a sandwich joint, though.
I think Acme has some TV's surrounding the dining area, but I've only been there once or twice.

Rum House has giant screens and projectors inside and out.
Their tacos are interesting, but the crab melt sandwich may be one of my favorite things ever.

If your in the mood for pizza.. Place called "Lit Pizza" is very good. It is located in the shopping center next to the big Walk Ons on campus.

There is a new Sliders Restaurant and Sports Bar in Prairieville I hear is nice.
