Need recipe for crawfish tails, tomato and basil?

I harvested quite a bit of basil and tomatoes from the garden and need to use them. Also have some crawfish tails I need to cook. Any ideas on a recipe? Thanks

cook some rice. dice the tomatoes. make an ettoufee. throw the basil

You could make a sauce and have it with the crawfish over grits. I have an herby tomato based recipe for shrimp and grits in the TD recipe book you could adapt for your purposes.
