Glad that's not going to be anywhere near me or I'd empty my bank account buying stuff there.

I have a 7.5qt Dutch oven that is my favorite kitchen item. I use it pretty much once a week. Have a nice batch of deer spaghetti in it right now.

Dutch oven

Gets used more than any other item in my kitchen. I'm honestly not sure how I ever lived without one.

As said, dutch oven. I use mine a ton in the fall/winter for chili and stews. I think mine is 5.5 quarts so big enough for a good pot, but not huge as to be unwieldy and extremely heavy

I'll echo the others and say the Dutch oven. The skillet is good too.

The braisers are a great style pan---essentially like a skillet with loop handles instead of a long straight handle. Good to use as everything from a baking dish to a cast iron skillet.

I like my big dutch oven, but I love my smaller dutch oven that Abita pictured in this thread. It's my kitchen workhorse.

I have a 7.4 dutch that I love. However I would use it a lot more if it was a size or two smaller.
