Napoleon? Appliance Issue: Clock/Timer on Thermador Microwave

Will not keep accurate time. The timer as it warms food isnt accurate either (wife ran it for 30 seconds on her watch and timer on Mic had runoff 18 seconds)
Flipping the breaker didnt turn it off... Possible we have a bad breaker, but im not 100% convinced the breaker is labeled accurately.
Any suggestions?

If you flip the right breaker, It will definitely geaux off.

Hope Napoleon is ok. I know he was talking about going to Casementos. That neighborhood can be rough and parking isn't easy.
