I guess 700 calories. What do you all think?

I don't think you accounted for the sausage, egg, and cheese.

There's a bakery around the corner from house with a similar sandwich.

The "To Go". Baked egg and cheese casserole with green chilies served on a cheddar cheese scone. Fresh for $2.95.

Let's go to the source.

I was a lot closer.

Like I said, he didn't account for the sausage, egg, and cheese. The sausage is probably 200 calories all by itself.

I've been on this thing for a good while now. I can only allow myself to have one occasionally but if I'm craving greasy breakfast goodness, this is what I want. That and a breakfast burrito from Rudy's BBQ is worth a 20 minute drive for me every now and then...

I made a killer egg mcmuffin this morning with English muffins that I toasted. I cooked a sausage patty, put some havarti cheese, and scrambled an egg with jalapeño into a square. It was freaking amazing. I might do it again tomorrow and take pics. We will see.

My Whataburger breakfast sandwich (Sausage, Egg, Cheese) was terrible this morning. Cold and Soggy Biscuit. I fed it to my dog in the back seat...she liked it.

Maybe it's just me, but I was expecting to see a picture of leftover fried specks and shrimp between a couple slices of Evangeline Maid bread.
