Any recommendations? I see Murrays is well thought of but very expensive, same with Gourmet Cheese. Artisanal cheese.com is much more reasonable but doesn't seem as established. Or there any other good clubs that are less expensive?

Or perhaps just a good website to buy and experiment on my own?

Thanks.

Do you have a whole foods near you? Their mongers are pretty good at matching your tastes.

They sell small sample sizes for a few bucks each. Works great.

The cheese under $3 or $5 bin or whatever is my downfall. I end up spending way more than usual. It's awesome.

The $3 bin gives you a chance to try something without paying a lot. They will normally cut a small piece for you as well if you see something you want that isn't in the bin. Also they will order for you if requested and yes those guys know the cheese. I've been into soft stinky cheeses lately and triple creams.
