Meat to add to Mac and Cheese ?

I know it's trashy but every now and then I like to relive my college days and cut up hot dogs in my mac & cheese.

get a link of smoked sausage and split it in half, then split the halves into quarters and slice then 1/4" long, it goes great with it

Dice some SPAM, fry it in sautee pan, add to mac and cheese.

There's a place in Birmingham that I think has recently closed or is closing soon that called theirs the Three Little Pigs. I was prosciutto, bacon, and pulled pork. I think the bacon was mixed in, and maybe the prosciutto as well, but the pulled pork was more on top.
