I had a lady at work tell me her husband eats these. I have to admit this combo has never crossed my mind. I googled it and found a shocking amount of articles on this sandwich. I have not tried it yet, but wanted to see if anyone here has.

That's fricking gross. Everybody knows mayo goes with bananas, not peanut butter.

I love peanut butter.

I love mayo.

Got to say the thought of this combination makes me throw up a little in my mouth.

Sounds gross, but I'd try it. If that many people like it, it can't be that bad.

In fact I'm going to try it right now.

Edit: Was not that good. Won't try it again.

How much does her husband weigh?

I feel like this question is relevant.

My brother used to put mayo on his corn on the cob.

Dad used to put mayo in his butter beans

Mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese on grilled corn on the cob has been around for awhile.

I'd eat peanut butter on a banana before I put mayo on it. I will put a piece of ice burg lettuce on a peanut butter sandwich for a crunch.

Fresh white bread- 2 slices. Peanut butter on one side. Mayo and banana on the other side. And eat 2 fold-overs.

Haven't had it since I've been a kid - but add in some bacon and it's not a bad deal.

Granted - it's been 40 or so year and I've not felt the need to repeat.

Try mayo, peanut butter, cheese and bologna. Yeah, I have no idea how Mom let us eat that. Or why we wanted to. I think I recall loving it.

I like miracle whip and peanut butter better. Used to eat these as a kid.

My dad made these all the time. I used to eat them a lot myself along with mayo and banana sandwiches. I still like them, but don't eat sandwiches much any more of any kind.
