I've never laughed so hard in my life. What a puss.

Don't know. Courtney ate part of her dessert and Gordon didn't like salty cherries.

Ya think? The whole show is scripted.

Oh...geez, her family is probably glad she's going to get out of that workin' gal thing.
Anyone watching MasterChef Canada?

Just finished. I thought it would be Courtney and Leslie in the final with Courtney winning.
Throughout the run of the season, I thought Courtney was much better than Elizabeth, but I think Elizabeth was better in the finale.
No biggie, I think the best girl won. Now Courtney can do something with that nose, get some nice new tits, and make some REAL money at Cheetah's.

What channel?

I assume it's the same channel. It taped automatically last week on my TIVO. I'd never heard about it. This is the first season.
ETA: Just looked it up. It's on the Cooking Channel on Tuesday nights. First show was last week.

Courtney's tits are already money.

You should retain her for her services. You're clearly in need and not picky.

I have a theory on women's virulent hatred of Courtney. It's pretty simple.
Attractive, talented girl falls on hard times. Lands a spot on Masterchef. Undesirable women flock and expect her to fail from day one. After all, she's using her body to make money and please men. The storyline doesn't allow for that. Sexy girls can't also be talented. Most importantly, she's not following the game plan. It was vital that Courtney be humbled. Falling in line with ancient norms, even out of necessity and through no fault of her own, could not stand.
But she continues to win, and mostly dominate. This flies in the face of the mantra that average women always hears, that the pretty girls aren't talented and won't ever make it once their beauty fades. She's a threat and a reminder that the best, the most attractive, the most talented and hardest working will always win. And the people with all of those traits will win biggest.
Hulu blows up early on with feminists and jealous women, desperate to see her fail. They need it. They complain about her voice, her heels, her clothing. They make up reasons that she isn't as talented as the others. She continues to succeed and thrive. Women start complaining more. She wins. Her fans celebrate, and undesirable women melt down because the only thing they had going for them was Elizabeth, the plain, successful-in-business girl they all saw themselves one day being.
They can still be Elizabeth, and more. But most of the complainers won't be. Because they'll blame the "system" that made Courtney a winner. It's a shame. Most women (and certainly most men) could be more than they are. But they won't be, because they feel attacked, because the more self conscious and uneasy among them remind themselves and others, constantly, that they're under attack, never mind the fact that beautiful and talented women aren't the norm and can't possibly be the majority.
We need to acknowledge some truths:
Evolution, human preferences, talent, intelligence, skill and beauty will keep winning. Always. Because those things aren't fads. Fat girls, obnoxious girls, annoying girls, whatever, can keep making waves about any number of things and blaming the system. But humanity is the system, evolution is the reason, and the best men will keep mating with the best women. Courtney reminds them of that, and it's almost too much to bear.
Let's all take a stand, here and now, to end the hate. Let's stand behind attractive, talented women. Let's defend their right to speak in whatever tone they like, to wear the shoes they want and to fricking curb stomp the competition.
