I liked Maccello's. What happened? It was always packed. That's ok. There is no shortage of very good Italian restaurants in Metairie.

Saltgrass is popping up all over. Just got one in Baton Rouge and Lafayette.

Whenever I had Salt Grass it was pretty good. Just a whole bunch of food for not that bad of a price. They have that cinnamon butter which is pretty solid as well. It is nothing special though.

The one time I dined at one I thought it was very good. This is why I am not upset. Plus, Marcello's still has a NOLA location. I think Saltgrass will do well, but only time will tell.
