We did this for the McNeese game. We called it "Gameday Fryday".

We fried so much stuff... and it was a HUGE success. Here is a list.

Jalepeno poppers
Mozzerella Sticks
Largemouth bass
chicken nuggets
seasoned fries
okra
pickles
mushrooms
oreos
and snickers



For Bama, we will be doing our big honkin pot of Jambalaya due to the large number of people coming in. Since we havent done it yet all year, what better time for it than when you have to feed a buttload of people.

We will be out at the tailgate Friday night for some gumbo and poker, pig goes on about 3 am.



Menu:

couchon de lait

shrimp quesadillas

jalapeno poppers



Need

baked beans

dirty rice

sausage

green salad

french / garlic bread

snacks

desserts

Cooking a whole pig must be the in thing this weekend, we're going to do one too. Also gonna do some chargrilled oysters and some other apps, but don't know what the others are bringing yet.
