Are you kidding me? "Report as closed" on Yelp and no one answered the phone. Who's responsible for this atrocity?

Is that the place in the old chinese combo king location? CCK should have never closed. I miss that place.

Yeah I drove over there two weeks ago and saw the closed for business sign on the door. I think rent was really high and they just weren't pulling in enough business. Damn shame because great food and even better people.

Made the drive to the Sherwood location because once Little Saigon is on the brain, there is no turning back.

Closed. Seems they were only opened for a few weeks.

Was a little pricey if they were expecting the college crowd to keep them going

It does. I didn't mind paying a little more to not drive all the way to florida.

I heard they had taken over the current lease. Maybe they just let it run out and decided not to renew it

Seems logical. I wish CCK would reopen in town somewhere. They were my favorite chinese food along with OMI.

I mean I don't think they were over priced. Even if they were a dollar or two more, they were exponentially more convenient. Back to Drunken Fish I go

Yea I didn't mind paying for that convenience either.

They were overpriced though. Vermicelli bowl, coke, plus tip was near $20. That's a lot for vietnamese food

The banh mi with a fried egg was 4 dollars and very nice sized. Will be sorely missed.

It was $6.

My main gripe was the vermicelli bowl prices. They were high

It definitely was more than this, I think it was around 6 plus tax. For the size of the sandwich it wasn't really worth it

You're right my mistake. I just remember it being a cheap lunch that filled me up and they never charged me to add the egg.
