Samantha’s (its downtown so near river market)

The Pantry was a favorite of mine when I was in town for work.
Also the fried chicken liver pasta at Bruno’s Little Italy is fantastic.
A smoked turkey salad sandwich from Burge’s was always a good lunch spot.

Samantha’s Tap Room & Wood Grill. Ate there recently and had good food and service. They don’t take reservations, and they’re pretty popular. We got there early and got in without waiting, but I’d be prepared for possibly waiting.
