mine

1. boiled oats. Quaker original. have this most night before bed.

2 toasted buckwheat delicious but take a long time to cook and don't act like oats to put me to sleep so they are a good lunch side dish

edited to mention I hate raw buckwheat groats.


3 quinoa. wife likes them. so I have them with dinner if she is working late and I make dinner. there is not much to them. decent flavor.
