Hey brother.

How are you and the little lady liking Clinton?

It's my hometown so I'm pretty partial to it. I finally get to go home in November after 2 and a half years.

Tide Saint

Clinton is my home town also. Graduated from CHS in 1968 and moved back at retirement.

We like Clinton a lot. Still have a few old friends here and the lifestyle is pleasant. If things go OK (and they should) I now am where I will die - someday - not this weekend I hope, although we have very little planned that an unplanned death would interrupt.

Degas - Wwhere's the stuff?

This is the link to all of my old posts

LINK

Like many others, I lost all of the photos when Photobucket decided to stop free third party photo hosting services.

I didn't count, but I immediately lost over a hundred Photo recipe posts, including classic MD posts like the Vienna Sausage post, my Spam sandwich post and the bologna sandwich post.

I do have all of the photos on my Terabyte drive and might redo some of them, not that it matters to many who come here.

As I retired guy, I am able to devote hours of useless activity to such projects. IT only cuts down on my available hedge trimming and old Gunsmoke TV viewings time.

I took up bonsai as a strange hobby for an old guy, since they will hopefully last a generation or two past me and I hate to cut into bonsai watering, meditation and pruning time, but I am retired, so surely I can work the scheduling out.

Maye I can cut my daydreaming about winning the lottery time by 50%. That would probably provide the time I would need to work on the recipe reposting project.

I went through the same thing my friend, a lot of my pics from 2010 and later are not accessible anymore. You've asked me what hosting site I use now and I've since used imgur. I was kidding about "where's the stuff?", the 2nd and 3rd post said "reserved", showing nothing else. I enjoy reading your posts as I frequently do cooking demos as well here, much to the chagrin of many downvoters lol.

Can you pay for a month so you can get back into your account and download all your photos?

t00f - I still have all of the photos. They are on a terabyte drive in my office. The problem I have is there are probably over a thousand of them to be uploaded onto my new flicker account and them reinserted into the old post, either to edit it or to repost here.

I could have really big blog page if I chose to do that with them.

Maybe enough to qualify for consideration on Food Network's MasterChef program. I could see me now, punching out Gordon Ramsey when he cursed at me.

Gotcha, when you said you lost them I thought it was the only source.

MeridianDog on Beat Bobby Flay - "What's your signature dish?" "Tater tots"

This is one battle I want to see before I'm six feet under.
