Marinated some in Yoshidas last night and threw them on the grill today with some burgers. Money.

I like frying them real quick with a toss of corn starch. Then a little kosher salt. You won't believe how good it is.

I also love grilling them with a bit of EVOO.

In the skillet with butter and olive oil, seasoned with coarse salt. Parmesan cheese on the top right as cooking is finished (still crispy spears) and turn off the skillet and let the Parmesan coat the asparagus.

Boil for 2 minutes take them out and put them stright into an ice bath.

Sprinkle with salt pepper and drizzle with EVOO.

Put them undet a broiler to warm them and serve.

Do an asparagus risotto. Asparagus soup. I eat them all ways but the easiest and simplest to me is just a light steam, lemon, salt and pepper. Very refreshing and light. Maybe a pat of softened butter.
