WE have bunch of leftover oyster dressing, can it be frozen??

if it was made fresh you could, but i wouldnt do it with leftovers, oysters going bad isnt something you want to risk

if you are tired of eating it, try doing something different, like use it to stuff a bell peppers

A few years ago my mother-in-law (RIP) made some oyster dressing way ahead of time for Christmas dinner. She froze it then thawed it out for Christmas.
Let's just say that a spoonful was more than enough for all of us.

Stuff some Cornish Game Hens with it and cook them on the grill.

Yes. I do this every year after Thanksgiving with left over oyster dressing. I roll it into logs in Saran Wrap and place them in Ziploc bags for the freezer. I use the dressing to stuff double cut pork chops.
