Shank Charcuterie, Cleaver and Co, etc

Call the Jerusalem Market in Kenner and check with them. I know when I went in there a few weeks ago they had like whole skinned lamb and goat in their cooler....on display.

Link to Yelp

The guy told us they are a certified Halal Butcher and kill a couple times a week IIRC, so it should be fresh AF.

We got a lamb dish when we were there and it was delicious.

the petite lamb chops are Costco are legit if you want to go a different route. Sous vide some a few weeks ago and prob the best lamb ive ever had. I used an Emeril recipe

Costco has the aforementioned rack of lamb and boneless leg of lamb, but that leg of lamb is the upper portion of the leg. The lamb shank the OP seeks is part of the lower leg.

OP, try restaurant depot if you or a friend have access.
