Here for the weekend. Looking for a good burger today. I've had fat pats and thought it was pretty good. There is a new one right across from River Ranch but I can't think of the name.

Any recs? TIA

Judice Inn is closed on Sundays. Burgersmith is the one in River Ranch, OK but nothing special for the price. Social has the best one you can get today but brunch is over at 2:00 I believe ?

You dodged a bullet foj1981. Judice is one of the worst burgers I've had in my life.

I don't know if they're open on Sunday, but Fat Pats had a pretty good burger.

Social or Charlie G's. Social is a bigger burger but same recipe. Get the bacon.

You should have stuck to Sonic. The above statement is absurd, unless you have some kind of personal problem with the owners' families.

Not true. I took my family there (Judice's)six months ago or so. Not good food! People lined up out the door but we were not impressed. Was much better back in the 90's when I was at UMC. Either that or my tastebuds have "matured"!

Fail. Charley G's is closed on Sundays and Social does an early brunch only.

I don't live in Lafayette nor have I met any of the owners. Maybe you enjoy their burger but I didn't even finish half of mine and tossed it. I personally enjoy Company Burger and High Hat since I have the privilege of living in the New Orleans area. No fast food burgers for me.

I appreciate the prayers but no need to apologize. If I didn't live here I'd move out of state.

Fair enough, but take a look at this building, what would one expect from this establishment ?

I've haven't tried High Hat, but Social (Lafayette) is better than Company Burger, if you compare that level of restaurant.

I expected a very good hamburger judging by the hype some gave it but I found it to be disgusting. Sorry. I don't like Cowbell at all either and most here love it, taste vary.
