Food is on point.
Beer selection is on point.
Bourbon selection is on point.
Cocktails are on point.
The whole damn place is on point!

Just don't expect a quiet dinner. It's a open area place and can get loud. But I love it.
Way better than the crap La Fonda across the street.

My kind of spot. Heading over in December because my son is playing in a soccer tournament.

I'm going there for sure.

Damn that place is terrible

I need to hit up Social next time I'm in Lafayette, it's just too hard to pass on homecooking when I'm that way.

Brick and Spoon for Sunday brunch. I thought they were closed while they change to Dark Roux, but not yet.

Can't go wrong with Social...

I second Unc's suggestions (usually my go-to's)...

Also try the tuna & buck bombs if they have them....boudin kolaches are bangin, krab nachos aren't bad either

And of course the old fashioneds...GREAT cocktail list

I'm definitely going back over Thanksgiving week

Ok, I'm confused. Brick and Spoon is a chain... You're telling me that an entirely new place called a Dark Roux is replacing the Lafayette location?

Edit: Never mind, I see that the name change hasn't taken effect yet.

The one in Lafayette is the original and due to owner conflict is now separating from the chain and changing the name.
