Southside is a must in slidell
Kennys poboys and then eat at a park, fantastic poboys
The Dock has some good food and good views
There is a brass monkey draft place in olde town slidell, but that area can be scketch but the bar is nice.
Palmettos for dinner is amazing. Better than sal and judys
