I had never been to the one in the warehouse district but finally made it to the new location on Oak St. (former Squeal location) and this place is legit. I went around 6:00 so I made it in time for happy hour (ends at 7:00) which is half price guac/salsa/queso; 4 margaritas; and $2 simple tacos.

My friends and I got some guac and salsa, which were both very good. The amount of guac you got was massive. My only issue is I wish they would mash the avocados a little more.

The margaritas were great. Nice and fresh and definitely made w/ fresh juice.

We got the carne asada, pollo asada, camarones and something, chorizo and potato, and barbacoa tacos. The Shrimp, chorizo, and pollo asada tacos were the best of the tacos.

I'll definitely go back.

It's in my hood so I go often. The cochon de Mexicana is delicious.

I like the guac as is, though I've had it once where it needed additional mashing. Probably more due to laziness.

This new spot is a major upgrade to Squeal, and their other spot in the Warehouse Dist.

Welcome addition to the Carrollton area.

Glad to hear that it's better than passable, as I drive by it on my way home from work. Now I'm going to bother to go inside, LOL.
