Walmart has the twin pack 15lb(30lbs together)bags for $7 on Sunday. You cannot beat that.

I almost posted that at 2am, but luckily did the math first.
$7/30lb=$0.233/lb
$9.88/40lb=$0.247/lb
So technically the 30lb bag is the cheaper alternative. But if you're buying in bulk, the 40lb packs will be slightly easier to store since you'd only need 3 of them to get 120lb as opposed to 4 of the 30lb packs. But that extra convenience will cost you about $2.
