That all changes on Monday, February 26, when we can get our first taste of the chizza (pronounced “cheet-za”), which takes a pair of KFC’s Extra Crispy fried chicken filets and tops them with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and crispy slices of pepperoni.

This is not what I hoped it would be...... I make a fried chicken pizza with leftover Publix fried chicken all the time.
Debone the left over chicken and separate the cracklins from the fried skin.
Use the pizza dough of your choice.
Mashed potatoes for the base instead of pizza sauce.
Top with the chicken meat and cheese of your choice.
Finally, add the cracklins from the skin on top.
If you wanna get really fancy, serve it with some chicken gravy. It's amazing.
