Maybe I'm confused but I'm not seeing any mavens worked into a tizzy. Outside of a woman's busted toe all I've seen from the mavens is them enjoying their KBS hauls while some retailer has looked silly. Guess since I'm not in BR I've misinterpreted the goings on here.
Heck maybe the Sammich thread was a troll job too. Either way my case of KBS would kick your case of KBS's arse.

Agreed...Most of us knew not to start looking with Calandros, so we already had some by the time this shite show happened..

Does this happen often with them? I walked in the store about 8:30 on the day of the BCBS release, and walked out with a 4-pack. I was expecting the same results.

Started out as a KBS whalez hunt..Calandro comes in and says he has some at his store, they will put it out next week, odds are it will be a dog and pony show to get some..Red hair guy that we all see there flips out about how ungrateful we are for calling them out on this practice that they are known for..Red continues to flip out proving that Calandros is no longer the best place in town for beer...

Tuesday - The great KBS search accompanied by a small dose butt hurt and whiskey vs beer maven bullshite
Wednesday - "The Great Calandro's Meltdown"; Calandro's employee posts that they are going to raffle off their KBS with other rare beers. Posters shite all over that idea. Calandro's employees go full 'Sammich' and try and fight the masses.
