Get the 36” you will never regret it.
I cook on mine constantly, makes the best fried eggs. My favorite so far was a philly steak sandwich. Had the butcher slice ribeyes very thin and used all colors of bell peppers and grilled onions with provolone cheese, was out of this world good. Toasted my rolls on there too.

I started the other thread. It might be the best cooking product I’ve ever purchased. I made Philly steak and cheese for 15 on Memorial Day. It’s extremely versatile. I was also the one that posted the IR temp in the other thread. It hits 550.

Original thread with tons of info

Got the 36” and cooked some breakfast items. I will have to agree it makes the best fried eggs.

I bought one and cooked a few things on it and have just not had the time to cook outside. I’m about to move houses and once I get settled I’m going to have to fire it up more often.

Top ain't stainless. It's 7 gauge cold rolled steel. Check the fine print in the ad.

Anyone have one?

My mother in law got me a 22" or 24" Blackstone for Christmas. Was skeptical.

Love it. I assume they are similar. If they are....

No learning curve. Just season it.

I seasoned mine with vegetable oil. Then cooked bacon on it. Then burgers. After that the thing was practically non stick.

Def recommend good scraper and spatula like others posted.

Can do anything on it now. My family loves when I do hibachi rice on it.
