Just bottled our homeade wine

Cucumber and blackberry wine. The cucumber wine was from an old recipe and came out really good. Looking to do some more next month. Still new to this so what's some good ideas for homemade wine?

I like a drink as much or more than the next guy, but making wine out of cucumbers is out there...

I bet it pairs with a nice Mediterranean salad and some Tsaziki.
