My girlfriend is taking me there for my bday tonight...
I usually get the rattlesnake pasta when I go, but since she's paying I wanna try something different..
Any suggestions???

They have one of the best burgers in town.
Excellent prime rib, but I think it's only served on Sundays.
Center cut filet is always a go-to.
2nd best chicken fingers in town.
And some of the biggest and best salads as well.

Of all the mid-priced chains that I have eaten at, I believe J Alexanders to be the most consistent of all in quality, service and dining experience.

Went for the first time in a long time and got the NY strip, comes with the NYO Mac n cheese which is awesome. Pretty damn good steak too

The prime rib is served always. It's what they are known for.

My favorite side there is the tequila beans. They cook the individual servings in a large ramekin. Sweet and spicy. Love those things.
Top-to-bottom, this is one of the best moderately priced chain restaurants around. Most everything is really good.

I love me some J Alexanders .. new york strip with mac n cheese is my go to dish .. best salsa on the planet there too !

Last time I went it wasn't up to par but I usually really enjoy eating there.
