The Christmas ham was sent to me as a gift. As soon as I got it I pulled most of the ham off the bone & vacuum sealed 3 packs of meat and the bone which still had a good bit of meat left on it...The bone with meat on it does make delicious white beans.

We're not big ham eaters. We eat more chicken than Wade Boggs. I'd put the ratio of meat consumption in our house like this:

Chicken: 50
Beef: 20
Seafood: 20
Pork: 10
