Is there anywhere to get legit Korean Fried Chicken in NOLA?

I've been to the place at St. Roch and the texture just doesn't compare to the places in NYC; the batter isn't as light and crispy.

Root had an awesome (but assuredly not authentic) Korean Fried Chicken at one time.

Nope, there is none that exist in NOLA. The St. Roch is probably the closest thing but that doesnt say much.

I didn't know how awesome Korean Fried Chicken was but came across a good recipe for it on serious eats (or something). Using corn starch + baking powder + salt + vodka really makes for a light, crispy result.

Red's has the General Lee's Chicken but it isn't Korean.

If you catch Yuki's on a good day, they make a god Japanese fried chicken which resembles Korean.
