I am sure they would, provided it isnt insanely crowded with lines stretching out. A few well placed tips would help. Cool space.

You should be good. It was really crowded when I went but that was 10:30 or so on a Sunday and it was 90 percent families; 10 percent tour buses.

Thanks I'll probably try it out tonight.

Any other suggestions?

Where do you go to school? I always see tons of people studying at PJs on Tulane campus.

ETA: The PJs in back of campus by the soccer practice field/garage. the one in front by St. Charles is small IIRC.

It's open 24 hrs, though they stop serving shite around 10. I usually migrate to the library as it is also open to the public and until 4 a.m.

I dont understand how there are only 2 coffee shops open past 9:30.

One is mojo which is loud and obnoxious

And the other is PJ's which is on Tulane's campus and full of freshman yappers.

Anyone want to go into business with me?

If you would be willing to open a 24 hour coffee shop in a city full of 24 hour bars, you must be dumb enough to go to law school.

It's also a city with 30,000+ undergrads, and another 5,000+ in graduate & professional schools. Even in Baton Rouge Coffee Call does enough business to stay open 24 hours and it's no where near campus. Highland Coffee is busy until they shut down at 11.

But didn't you... ah, never mind.

Here is the thing. A 24 hour coffee shop will get steady late night business for maybe 2 weeks, three times a year (finals). Other than that it is going to be a haven for 13-15 year olds who cant get into bars. Trust me, if 24 hour coffee bars were money makers (they arent, labor costs mainly, plus prohibitions on business hours) they would be all over the city.

Yes, law school is for dummies.

Unless, of course, you want to be a lawyer. Then it's sort of useful.

I think Rue de la Course is open until 11 and that other coffee shop down Oak is open until 12 or 1.

Yeah, what Tittle said.

Bean Gallery on Carrollton in Mid City is open until 11 I think.
