is Churchill's the only cigar bar in Baton Rouge?

Or is there somewhere else to drink whiskey and smoke a cigar?

Haven't been to The Cove in a couple years but weren't they to open some sort of cigar lounge at one point?

I think there is don Juan's in citiplace, not sure if they sell liquor. Thought I heard you can maybe BYO and store it in a locker... But I might be making that up

They don't. It just a cigar store.

I've seen people in there sipping on stuff before so this is probably true.

In the last week I passed by Churchill's at least three times. The sign has been taken down, nothing in the windows and it was dark with no cars in the parking lot.

Maybe it was a mirage.

There was a thread on the OT recently asking if it was closed and the consensus as i recall was renovations

Churchill's sign is being refurbished, should be back up soon. The front windows are tinted. It is open every day

i started a thread a week ago asking if they were closed for the same reasons. they are NOT closed. the sign is down for some reason and alot of the flyers and such that were in the windows are taken down. not sure whats going on but yes, from the street it looks closed down.
