Space for 9 chefs and dusting off boxes of Bud Dry coozies from the attic vs. booze sales for 50 plus people is a helluva pay off.

Let's not forget the invaluable free advertising he is getting on here, too. What a sacrifice!

Well, I haven't seen anyone else on here step up to host one of these in the 12 years I've been here. I'd say he deserves props, not your cynicism.
