I'd open a Cajun-Greek fusion place called Peauxboy and Gyreauxs and then I'd go out of business in a couple months and blame it on the location.

I would call it "Farm", "Rustic", "Southern", "Gentry", or "Antiqued" and that would guarantee my restaurant to be packed the first 2 years with 1million+ Instagram posts

That location would be the place that was the chicken and waffle place and about 4 others in the last 5 years. The one next to albasha and the gas station on Nicholson right by campus.
